Wizard Communication Systems, an Internet
Service Provider in Tonawanda, New York, was hacked by a group named
rEWTED who, in addition to drawing attention to the Mitnick case,
criticized several other sites for, in effect, making it too easy for
others to hack with little or no knowledge.
The easy access to exploits
makes it possible for anyone to use them without really understanding
how they work or what they're doing. This is a point of contention among
many in the hacker community.
In addition to this site, another 70
web pages (listed on the hacked page) were also hacked with the same message.
