Thursday, January 7, 1998 The Unicef web site was hacked the night of January 7, 1998. While hardly standing for anything controversial, this site became a target due to poor security. Once again, the message focused on the increasingly disturbing case of Kevin Mitnick's imprisonment with a sidenote demanding the return of Mr. Belvedere to the airwaves.
